Pink Peppercorns

Pink peppercorns are a different species than traditional pepper. The dried pink peppercorns have a thin paper-like shell that is slghtly sweet. When crushed, it mixes slightly-sweet and spicy-pepper flavors to create a truly unique combination used wherever traditional pepper is used.
